Sesame Noodles

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups hot water
  • 2 (7 ounce) packages fresh udon noodles (may sub cooked spaghetti)
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 combine water and noodles in a bowl.
  • 2 cover and let stand 3 minutes and then drain.
  • 3 heat oil in a large skillet over high.
  • 4 add noodles and stir fry for 1 minute.
  • 5 finish with sesame oil.
  • 6 toss with cilantro, salt, and pepper.
