Sesame Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine the cabbage, green pepper and onion.
  • 2 in another bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, sesame seeds and salt.
  • 3 pour over the cabbage and toss to coat.
  • 4 cover and refrigerate until serving.
