Ingredients

- 1/4 cup dried arame seaweed or 1/4 cup wakame seaweed
- 1 cup water
- 2 sheets nori, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup finely sliced fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 in small bowl, combine arame and water. cover and set aside for 15 minutes until softened. drain, discarding soaking liquid.
- 2 in bowl, combine arame, nori, ginger, sesame oil and soy sauce. toss until well combined.
