- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 4 fish steaks
- 4 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- 2 combine egg with milk and sesame oil.
- 3 combine breadcrumbs with sesame seeds.
- 4 dredge fish in flour, then dip in egg, then in crumbs.
- 5 cook the fish in melted butter.
