Sesame Ginger Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped gingerroot (very fresh)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients on high-speed until you have a smoothie.
