Sesame Ginger Milk

Ingredients
1/4 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped gingerroot (very fresh)
1 1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons honey or 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Recipe
1 blend all ingredients on high-speed until you have a smoothie.
