Sesame Lamb Stir Fry

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb lamb loin or 1 lb lamb leg, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/3 lb snow peas, washed, ends removed
Recipe
- 1 add oil to a skillet.
- 2 brown the lamb over high heat, lower heat add seeds honey, soy,& ginger, mix well add snow peas cook for 2 minutes stirring.
- 3 serve with rice or noodles.
