Sesame Noodles W/scallions & Snow Peas

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup dark sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 lb thin pasta
  • 1 -2 teaspoon chili oil
  • green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb snow peas, thinly sliced lengthwise

Recipe

  • 1 combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender.
  • 2 while the blender is on, add the oils in a slow and steady stream.
  • 3 cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  • 4 drain well and put into a large bowl.
  • 5 dress the hot pasta with the sesame mayo. add the chili oil, green onions and snow peas. toss to combine.
