Sesame Noodles W/scallions & Snow Peas

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup dark sesame oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 lb thin pasta
- 1 -2 teaspoon chili oil
- green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb snow peas, thinly sliced lengthwise
Recipe
- 1 combine the first 5 ingredients in a blender.
- 2 while the blender is on, add the oils in a slow and steady stream.
- 3 cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- 4 drain well and put into a large bowl.
- 5 dress the hot pasta with the sesame mayo. add the chili oil, green onions and snow peas. toss to combine.
