Sesame Pasta Salad

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons mongolian fire oil (or other hot sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 lb rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup carrot, sliced
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced (including the green ends)
  • 1 cup halved sugar snap peas or 1 cup snow peas
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 mix dressing ingredients thoroughly.
  • 2 cook and chill pasta.
  • 3 mix pasta and vegetables together, pour dressing over it and chill. store in an air tight container so you can turn it over every once in awhile and re-distribute the dressing over the pasta and vegetables.
  • 4 this salad is better after sitting for a couple of days.
