Sesame Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons mongolian fire oil (or other hot sauce)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 lb rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup carrot, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced (including the green ends)
- 1 cup halved sugar snap peas or 1 cup snow peas
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix dressing ingredients thoroughly.
- 2 cook and chill pasta.
- 3 mix pasta and vegetables together, pour dressing over it and chill. store in an air tight container so you can turn it over every once in awhile and re-distribute the dressing over the pasta and vegetables.
- 4 this salad is better after sitting for a couple of days.
