Sesame Green Beans & Peppers

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut in 1/4 inch strips
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Recipe

  • 1 trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes.
  • 2 drain and rinse under cold water.
  • 3 place in a serving bowl with bell pepper and toss with remaining ingredients.
