Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 medium red bell pepper, cut in 1/4 inch strips
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes.
- 2 drain and rinse under cold water.
- 3 place in a serving bowl with bell pepper and toss with remaining ingredients.
