Sesame Pita Crisps

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 pita breads
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 carefully split your pita pockets and tear each half into three smaller pieces.
  • 2 brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  • 3 sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt to taste and bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven (200c/400f/gas mark 6).
