Ingredients

- 4 pita breads
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 carefully split your pita pockets and tear each half into three smaller pieces.
- 2 brush with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- 3 sprinkle with sesame seeds and salt to taste and bake for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven (200c/400f/gas mark 6).
