Sesame Linguine

Ingredients

- 12 ounces linguine, uncooked
- 1/4 cup dark sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup watercress, minced
- salt and pepper
- 2 -3 green onions, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook the pasta according to the package directions. drain. rinse the pasta with cold water, and drain again. place the pasta in a large bowl.
- 2 combine the sesame oil and the next 3 ingredients. stir well. stir in the watercress. pour this mixture over the pasta, and toss gently. add the salt and pepper to taste.
- 3 cover and chill for 8 hours.
- 4 sprinkle with the green onions just before serving.
