Sesame Ginger Chicken

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 green onions with tops, cut into strips

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients; set aside.
  • 2 pound the chicken breasts thin.
  • 3 grill over medium heat coal, turning and basting frequently with soy sauce mixture, for 8 minutes or until juices run clear.
  • 4 garnish with onions.
