Sesame Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups thickened vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce (chili)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh green onion
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender, combine the garlic, ginger, vinegar, tahini, soy sauce, and the vegetable stock.
