Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 cups thickened vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sriracha sauce (chili)
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh green onion
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- salt
Recipe
- 1 in a blender, combine the garlic, ginger, vinegar, tahini, soy sauce, and the vegetable stock.
- 2 process until the garlic is incorporated.
