Sesame Flank Steak

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 flank steaks
  • 1 cup dry red
  • 3/4 cup red vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Recipe

  • 1 make the marinade by whisking everything together in a bowl.
