Ingredients
- 1 (2/3 ounce) package italian salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained
Recipe
- 1 combine all in food processor or blender until smooth.
- 2 cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
- 3 serve with vegetables, chips or crackers.
- 4 if you have no italian dressing mix, substitute with any dry vegetable soup mix.
