Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (2/3 ounce) package italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained

Recipe

  • 1 combine all in food processor or blender until smooth.
  • 2 cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
  • 3 serve with vegetables, chips or crackers.
  • 4 if you have no italian dressing mix, substitute with any dry vegetable soup mix.
