Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise, not miracle whip
- 1/3 cup capers, drained and chopped
- 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup red pepper, roasted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh onions, minced
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 2 teaspoons tony chachere's seasoning (or plain seasoned salt)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 2 refrigerate the dip for 2 hours before serving, but the longer you allow it to sit, the more flavorful the dip becomes.
