Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, not miracle whip
  • 1/3 cup capers, drained and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, roasted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh onions, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons tony chachere's seasoning (or plain seasoned salt)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • 2 refrigerate the dip for 2 hours before serving, but the longer you allow it to sit, the more flavorful the dip becomes.
