Ingredients
- 3 1/2 roasted red peppers
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 2 cups olive oil
Recipe
- 1 put peppers, basil, garlic, parmesan and walnuts in food processor and turn on processor.
- 2 slowly add olive oil and process until desired consistency is obtained.
