Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and diced
- 3/4 lb shredded monterey jack cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 c. sour cream)
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together and spread in a shallow, oven-proof dish.
- 2 bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or till hot and bubbly and lightly browned.
- 3 serve warm with your favorite crackers or chips.
