Shrimp Tapas

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3/4 lb shrimp, cooked, shelled and deveined
  • 1/4 lb green olives, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only

Recipe

  • 1 combine shrimp and olives in a serving dish.
  • 2 in a skillet over medium low heat the olive oil, adding the spices (curry powder - ginger) and cook for 30 seconds.
  • 3 toss spice mixture with shrimp and add lemon.
  • 4 refrigerate until chilled.
