Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
  • 2 roasted red peppers
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 roast red pepper and peel off burnt skin.
  • 2 add all ingredients (except praprika) into blender.
  • 3 mix until smooth.
  • 4 sprinkle praprika ontop and serve.
