- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 roast red pepper and peel off burnt skin.
- 2 add all ingredients (except praprika) into blender.
- 3 mix until smooth.
- 4 sprinkle praprika ontop and serve.
