Ingredients

- 16 ounces angel hair pasta
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 -2 teaspoon peanut butter
- sesame seeds
- green onion (chopped)
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to package, set aside.
- 2 fry garlic in 2 tbsp of olive oil until a little brown or soft.
- 3 add everything except peanut butter, stir until sugar melts.
- 4 turn flame off and add peanut butter, whisk until it melts.
- 5 refridgerate pasta and sauce seperately.
- 6 when ready, pour sauce over pasta, toss.
- 7 sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions.
