- 1 1/2 cups whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1/3 cup minced red onion
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

- puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
