Roti Flat Bread

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients together. add enough warm water to form dough.
  • 2 cover and let rise for 10-15 minutes.
  • 3 roll out medium sized dough balls into flat circles.
  • 4 fry in hot pan with very little oil.
  • 5 should only take a few minutes per side.
