Ingredients
- 2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients together. add enough warm water to form dough.
- 2 cover and let rise for 10-15 minutes.
- 3 roll out medium sized dough balls into flat circles.
- 4 fry in hot pan with very little oil.
- 5 should only take a few minutes per side.
