Rotel Pimento Cheese Spread, A Classic

Ingredients
- 8 ounces velveeta cheese
- 8 ounces philadelphia cream cheese
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (i used cracker barrel brand-sharp)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 8 ounces rotel (drained)
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 6 ounces pimientos
- 1 ounce tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey mustard dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, rotel, cream cheese, velveeta cheese, black pepper, sugar, pimentos, tabasco.
- 2 stir in gradually the shredded cheese until you have it the consistency that you desire.
- 3 adjust the taste by adding more pepper , sugar or tabasco.
