Rotel Pimento Cheese Spread, A Classic

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces velveeta cheese
  • 8 ounces philadelphia cream cheese
  • 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (i used cracker barrel brand-sharp)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces rotel (drained)
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 ounces pimientos
  • 1 ounce tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of honey mustard dijon mustard

Recipe

  • 1 mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, rotel, cream cheese, velveeta cheese, black pepper, sugar, pimentos, tabasco.
  • 2 stir in gradually the shredded cheese until you have it the consistency that you desire.
  • 3 adjust the taste by adding more pepper , sugar or tabasco.
