Rotel Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 3 -4 cups shredded chicken (4 breasts)
  • 2 cans rotel (i like one hot and one regular)
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 (16 ounce) package linguine
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese

Recipe

  • 1 boil chicken.
  • 2 chop onion and pepper and saute in butter.
  • 3 add both cans of rotel and velveeta.
  • 4 after melted add mushrooms.
  • 5 boil noodles in chicken broth, drain and add cream of chicken soup to the noodles.
  • 6 mix everything together bake at 350 for 45 min.
  • 7 or until bubbly.
