Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package pasterized processed cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
Recipe
- 1 blend cheese and tomatoes in a medium saucepan.
- 2 cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- 3 serve warm as dip with corn chips or crackers.
