Rotel Dip

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 lbs velveeta cheese
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel tomatoes (rotel is usually found with canned chili in stores)

Recipe

  • 1 brown ground beef.
  • 2 drain.
  • 3 pour in rotel.
  • 4 stir and let cook down some.
  • 5 cut velveeta into cubes.
  • 6 pour into ground beef.
  • 7 stir until all cheese is melted.
