- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 lbs velveeta cheese
- 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel tomatoes (rotel is usually found with canned chili in stores)
Recipe
- 1 brown ground beef.
- 2 drain.
- 3 pour in rotel.
- 4 stir and let cook down some.
- 5 cut velveeta into cubes.
- 6 pour into ground beef.
- 7 stir until all cheese is melted.
