Rotel Corn

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 (15 1/4 ounce) cans corn, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes & chilies, 1/2 can if you prefer
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 place all ingredients in a medium casserole dish.
  • 3 put in oven for 10 minutes; remove and stir ingredients until well mixed.
  • 4 place back in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
