Rotel Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 6 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of onion soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can diced rotel tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 -4 cups monterey jack cheese or 3 -4 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (16 ounce) size bag nacho cheese flavor doritos, crushed
Recipe
- 1 combine soups, rotel and chopped onion in a bowl, stir well.
- 2 spray a 13x9 pan with pam and layer soup mixture, shredded chicken, grated cheese and crushed doritos on top.
- 3 bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes, until bubbly.
