Rose Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rose petals (to taste)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • ice cube
  • 1/4 cup carbonated water
  • sugar (optional)
  • sliced fresh strawberries, for garnish

Recipe

  • 1 place the petals at the bottom of the teapot. boil the water and pour the water into the teapot. let the tea brew for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste. strain into a cup and cool to room temperature. pour over ice in a tall glass and add the carbonated water. stir the sugar into the tea, if desired, and garnish with sliced fresh strawberries.
