Sesame Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon organic balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons tamari
  • 1 teaspoon pickled ginger, minced
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup snow peas, cut into thirds
  • 2 tablespoons chopped filberts
  • 1 broccoli stem, peeled and sliced

Recipe

  • 1 blend dressing and mix with rice.
  • 2 add snow peas, nuts, and broccoli.
