Sesame Salmon Over Noodles

Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon, cut ito 4 portions
- 1/3 cup light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, divided use
- 1 (6 ounce) package chow mein noodles
- 5 green onions, chopped
Recipe
- 1 rinse and pat fish dry.
- 2 place in a nonmetallic container, set aside.
- 3 combine soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice brown sugar, oil gingerroot, cilantro and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds in a small bowl pour mixture over fish.
- 4 marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
- 5 place fish and marinade in a med.
- 6 nonstick skillet with a lid.
- 7 cook fish over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, flip once during cooking serve fish and sauce over noodles.
- 8 sprinkle with green onions and remaining sesame seeds.
