Sesame Salmon Over Noodles

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb salmon, cut ito 4 portions
  • 1/3 cup light soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, divided use
  • 1 (6 ounce) package chow mein noodles
  • 5 green onions, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 rinse and pat fish dry.
  • 2 place in a nonmetallic container, set aside.
  • 3 combine soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice brown sugar, oil gingerroot, cilantro and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds in a small bowl pour mixture over fish.
  • 4 marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
  • 5 place fish and marinade in a med.
  • 6 nonstick skillet with a lid.
  • 7 cook fish over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, flip once during cooking serve fish and sauce over noodles.
  • 8 sprinkle with green onions and remaining sesame seeds.
