Ingredients
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f toast seeds and coconut until golden.
- 2 combine eggs, oil, honey and vanilla.
- 3 add sesame seeds and coconut,.
- 4 add flour,.
- 5 mix well.
- 6 form dough into 1 inch balls, flatten with fork.
- 7 bake 15 minutes.
