Ingredients

- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup parsley
- 1 1/3 cups roasted sesame seeds (roast on a hot pan until golden)
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 7 ounces vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 grind sesame in a blender or food processor on high for 15 seconds or until very fine.
- 2 add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
