Ingredients

- 1 cup natural sesame seeds
- 2 cups pure water
Recipe
- 1 soak 1 cup of seeds in 2 cups of water overnight.
- 2 in morning, blend in blender for 5 minutes or until smooth.
- 3 strain and pour into a jar.
- 4 note: i strain the seeds then add fresh water before blending although it's not necessary.
