Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup black sesame seed
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon nigella seeds
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients in a spice grinder or food processor and finely grind. do not overgrind or you will get tahini!
- 2 store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
