- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 cups thinly sliced seeded cucumbers (about 2 cucumbers)
