Sesame Roasted Asparagus

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, lightly toasted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 place asparagus spears a baking sheet.
  • 3 drizzle with oils and sprinkle with seasonings. toss to coat evenly. arrange spears in a single layer and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • 4 roast for 15-20 minutes or until crisp-tender.
