Sesame Rice

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups hot water
Recipe
- 1 in a medium skillet, saute the sesame seeds in butter for 2-3 minutes or until golden. add rice, celery and onion; saute until rice is browned. spoon into a ungreased 3 quart baking dish. dissolve bouillon and salt in water pour over the rice mixture. cover and bake at 325 for 50 minutes or until rice is tender.
