Sesame Salmon Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can pink salmon
  • 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 lemon

Recipe

  • 1 drain salmon.
  • 2 combine mayo, celery, dillweed, garlic powder and 1 teaspoons sesame seeds.
  • 3 fold in salmon.
  • 4 spoon lettuce leaves.
  • 5 sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
  • 6 serve with lemon wedges.
