Sesame Spaghetti Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb angel hair pasta
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to directions; drain well.
  • 2 place pasta in a bowl. add all liquid ingredients.
  • 3 shred raw broccoli florets into tiny pieces. shred raw carrots.
  • 4 add all remaining ingredients into the pasta.
  • 5 toss thoroughly (careful, this can be messy).
  • 6 cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight is best) re-tossing occasionally.
