Shrimp Toast

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 4 water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 6 slices bread, thinly sliced
  • oil (for frying)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mince shrimp.
  • 2 add water chestnuts, salt, sugar, 1 tbls.
  • 3 cornstarch and 1 egg.
  • 4 beat egg and blend in 1 tbls.
  • 5 cornstarch.
