- 50 g sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe
- 1 toast seeds in a fry pan over low heat.
- 2 shake pan occasionally till they turn golden brown.
- 3 transfer to a mortar, add salt.
- 4 use pestle to grind mixture, releasing sesame oil into salt.
- 5 sprinkle on rice, vegetables, fish or salad.
