Rotel Nachos

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (32 ounce) package velveeta cheese (cubed)
  • 1 (28 ounce) can rotel (drained)
  • taco seasoning (spanish gardens)
  • tortilla chips
  • sour cream (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 brown beef, drain.
  • 2 stir in velveeta and rotel, melt.
  • 3 add taco seasoning to your taste.
  • 4 use as a dip or pour over chips.
  • 5 add sour cream if desired.
