- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 lbs broccoli (or other dark green veggie, kale, spinach, etc.)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 steam the veggie.
- 2 whisk together dressing ingredients.
- 3 toss with steamed veggies.
- 4 sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
