Sesame Veggie

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 lbs broccoli (or other dark green veggie, kale, spinach, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 steam the veggie.
  • 2 whisk together dressing ingredients.
  • 3 toss with steamed veggies.
  • 4 sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
