- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (light is fine)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (light is fine)
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika

- 1 whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. it will seem watery at first but thickens up as you mix.
