Ingredients
- 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded at room temperature
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh sage or 2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
- 2 store in crock in refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.
