Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 boneless lamb chops
- 3 tablespoons plain flour
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
- 1 mix 3 tbsp of plain flour and 1 tsp of dried sage on a plate.
- 2 wash the chops and coat them in the flour and sage mixture.
- 3 melt the butter in a medium skillet.
- 4 add the olive oil and heat until hot.
- 5 add the lamb chops, cook for 6 minutes moving occasionaly to avoid sticking.
- 6 turn over and cook for a further 6 minutes.
- 7 server with salad and baked potatoe.
