Sage Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops, bone-in
  • 4 tablespoons fresh sage, leaves stripped & chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup dry white
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat skillet to medium high.
  • 2 season chops: drizzle with some olive oil, season with salt and pepper on both sides, rub on sage (both sides).
  • 3 add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to heated skillet, add butter and melt.
  • 4 add lamb chops, cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  • 5 transfer chops to warm platter.
  • 6 add to pan and scrape drippings.
  • 7 pour drippings over chops and serve.
