- 45 ml tequila
- 15 ml frangelico
- 20 ml lemon juice, fresh
- 4 pineapple chunks, fresh
- 4 sage leaves, fresh
- ice
Recipe
- 1 muddle sage and pineapple in a mixing glass then add remaining ingredients.
- 2 shake and strain into a chilled saucer.
- 3 garnish with a sage leaf.
